This service includes an initial consultation with you, to discuss your needs and concerns. During the initial consultation, together we will plan your customized menu which will consist of entrees and side dishes, we will discuss your likes and dislikes, allergies, dietary restrictions and eating habits. A cook date will be scheduled, and prior to that date, I will forward a customized meal plan for your approval. Before arriving at your home to cook, I shop for the groceries. I will prepare the meals which will be packaged for storage in your refrigerator or freezer with complete instructions for reheating. I will arrive with my own pots and pans and your kitchen will be left impeccably clean upon completion of cooking.
